First Time Orders
When you telephone Tanning Essentials for the first time, we will take a few moments to set you up as a customer, so that when you place orders in the future they will be despatched quickly and efficiently. We will give you a customer number and if you could have this, together with the item codes and product descriptions, it would be a great help. We will of course mail future catalogues and sample packs directly to you throughout the year. On your first three orders we will require payment prior to despatch of goods. We recommend paying by credit card, which ensures your order is processed immediately.

Tanning Essentials accepts all major credit cards* including AMEX*, wire transfers, direct deposit, EFTPOS and cash payments (in person only). We work in multiple currencies that include AUD, EUR €, GBP £ and USD $. Manufacturers and suppliers prices may change and Tanning Essentials reserves the right to alter prices without notice.
50% deposit is expected on order. Payment is due in full prior to despatch of goods, if a credit arrangement is not agreed beforehand. Payment is due in 14 days from the date of invoice where a credit arrangement exists.
Without Prejudice to any other right of remedy, Tanning Essentials shall be entitled to charge interest (both before and after any Judgement) on the amount unpaid at the rate of 6% per annum above Reserve Banks Base rate from time to time, from the due dates for payment, until payment in full is made together with all costs and expenses incurred by Tanning Essentials or its appointed representative in the collection of overdue monies.
If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, the product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair if possible or replace it free of charge with a comparable unit which may be new or refurbished. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. The goods must be returned to the seller with proof of purchase to be assessed at the purchaser's cost.
Warranties shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care. The manufacturer shall not be obligated under these warranties:
a) to repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than authorised representatives to install, repair or service the product;
b) to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from improper use or incompatible solution;
c) to perform maintenance or cleaning or to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from failure to perform user maintenance band cleaning as prescribed;
d) to repair damage, malfunction, or degradation of performance resulting from use of the product in an environment not meeting the operating specifications,
Back orders are not applicable unless communicated by Tanning Essentials.
Goods may be returned within 7 days of purchase and only by prior arrangement with

We can put your own brand on any equipment or help with custom designs. We will be happy to discuss requirements, flexibility and minimum orders quantities.
Shipping & Delivery
Our warehouse team will do everything they can to dispatch your order to you within one full working days of placing your order.
Lead time is around 30-45 Days, depending on specific regions.
Terms are FOB Ningbo unless stated.
